How To Punish Yourself - Tips And Tricks

Cooking and baking is not exactly rocket science but if you want to do it right, you need experience and practice. When I say cooking and baking, I'm not talking about opening a can with food ready to be eaten or taking out a frozen pizza from a box and put it in the oven. That's not cooking or baking.

I'm talking about cooking and baking from scratch. That is a challenge and if you have done it, you know I'm right.

Those people who don't know to cook or bake, won't be asked to do it, those will be encouraged to leave it because no one wants to eat bad food.

On the other hand, if you do it right, you're punished for life 😁 That is what's happened to me.

I like the cook and bake because I prefer to eat healthy and this is the safest way. I've been doing it for some years now and I'm always open to trying out new recipes.

These walnut rolls are pretty new on my menu, I've only baked them four times I guess but it looks like the perfect winner. The first one was a huge success and now I'm asked to bake them all the time.

I know people who are terrible in the kitchen, the food prepared by them is practically not edible and those people are encouraged not to cook or bake.

The title of the post is a joke, obviously. I don't mind cooking and baking because I'm doing it for me and my family and our health is important. I'd rather sacrifice my free time then eating unhealthy food.

Jól néz ki. Nálam ez a sütés-főzés dolog valahogy úgy működik, hogy amit én is szeretek, azt általában jól csinálom, de például a pacalt nem szeretem és mikor apának azt főztem, mert ő szereti, akkor az nem lett finom. Lehet, hogy azért mert azt nem szívesen kóstolom meg és így az ízét se tudtam igazán eltalálni.

Érdekes, hogy nálatok a pacal az pörkölt, nálunk meg leves. Én szeretem, dear sosem fôzöm, mert az epém miatt érzékeny vagyok a szagokra.
Amúgy fôzök mindent, ezt kivéve, és az olajban sütést kerülöm.

Nem is tudtam, hogy máshol levesnek készítik. Én se a szagát, se az ízét nem szeretem. De apának próbálkoztam az elkészítésével. Én a krumplit szeretem nagyon, szinte minden formában.

Azt én is, szoktam is főzni, bármilyen formában. Egyszer pacal pörköltet is kellene valahol rendelnem. Hátha kapok valakit, aki elkészíti :)
