Shot with the Nikon D7200 and Sigma Art 18-35mm f/1.8 @ 18mm f/6.3 ISO 640 and 20 seconds.
I don't usually share you the full details on the camera setting, but this was something so unusual that I thought that it might be interesting for some of you to see how I got the shot.
I was going to bed last night but like I've said before, the light guides me, and this moonlight told me to get out my camera and finish the day with one more shot. How can you not listen to the moon when it shines so bright that it lights up the whole scene outside. It was pitch black inside, other than the moonlight leaking between the curtains, it looked so damn beautiful! It wasn't even the full moon yet, and sadly I won't be in the countryside when the moon is at it's fullest in two days. There is too much light pollution, and buildings in the city to fully enjoy the moon and stars.
I don't think I will ever grow tired of all the beautiful lightshows that the sun and moon give us, every time I marvel what they are capable of. Even when I've seen a bright moon light up the midnight sky and the pure white snow a hundred times before, I want to see it another hundred times, stop, stare and loose sleep over.
Very nice photography, I like it.
Thanks for sharing life......
I wish this same scenery at the beach. Moonlight and Starlight is perfect there.
It is a unique piece of art! Thats how it looks like :) The blue shades and the snow! Lovely photo.
Maybe someone could paint this scenery, I sure as hell can't! :D
Beautiful and yes the exif was really important for this shot. Also curious as to what level f post processing done to it?
Pretty minimal, just some little adjustments on Camera Raw, I could show a before and after of this some day, I've done those posts sometimes :)
Yes you did and I'm a huge fan of minimalist yet such explanatory images from you. Keep inspiring
