Finally, we reached those photos that were shot on a film camera Canon 1000 QD-P.
The moment came when I was sick of the low quality of the photos and the manual focus, so I decided to buy such a camera so that the lenses come up from the digital with EF bayonet and autofocus was saved.
The film for the dough was taken by the usual Fuji Superia 200.
As you know, the quality of the image here will depend on the lens, and the film will play the role of the matrix.
The quality of the Canon EF 28-90 mm f / 4.0-5.6 lens for a digital camera leaves much to be desired, because it's the same "whale" lens as the 18-55 (the same construction), only for a full frame, or rather for a film. But for the film and for those "times", the quality is simply gorgeous!
And most importantly, now the range of focal lengths is equal to my lens park for a digital camera.
Night shooting has become much more accessible.
I remain happy with the camera to this day. Changed only once the battery 2CR5, found in shops is problematic, but it lasts for 1.5-2 years!
Great photos @evildeathcore Shows what can be achieved with old cameras. I have a Canon Elan 7e which I haven't used since 2010 and your post has made me think again about film.
I do have a few digital canon bodies 5D, 40D, 750D and mostly use the 750D now because of the flip out screen, video and easier focus.
Most of my lenses are full frame primes. My zooms are efs so don't fit on the elan.
I did use the elan in New York on a trip but I haven't scanned the negatives at all. My photographic skills did not produce any keepers then.
But I will try again.
