While the lights are still burning, you can take some photos with them. I only managed to take one shot at the Elias Church and reach another point of shooting, as the light on the street turned off.
Illumination never turns off on the bridge over the Sukhona River, as well as at many enterprises of the city, so there will be no complete darkness anyway.
