Long long time ago when I was starting my adventure with photography I got hooked on macro. All the little things out there suddenly got closer.
And yes - lichens was one of those things. Before I didn't even have a clue they exist, nor what they are called.

A few years has passed and I am still hooked on those and I do shoot them (with better gear now) whenever I see them.
Those were shot last January. They just love the colder and more rainy weather. Those cups grow so big then comparing to what I see during the warmer months.
And I think those little cups are my most favourite type.
