I don't think you can reduce photography to technology alone. From my point of view, it doesn't matter which camera a photographer uses today. Much more it is the own needs, preferences and the personal taste that decides. All current models are currently at a high level. Those who own a lot of old glass will be happy with a mirrorless Sony. Nikon has always been outstanding when it comes to ergonomics. Canon still has the largest range of first-class optics. But all these aspects are of secondary importance when the photographer lacks an eye for his subject and the surroundings. Photography is much more than just technology. My moments usually occur in my head even before I press the trigger. The camera is just a tool, nothing more and nothing less.
