In 2006, I managed to shoot a giant wasp - Hornet of the ordinary (Vespa crabro)!
I filmed it then on film, scanned many years ago on an old tablet scanner.
So the quality is not very)
It was scary to shoot such a hulk, he was buzzing at me and demonstrating his jaws!
Then he got tired of my attention, and having described a couple of bends around me he flew away)
