Bahanya:
- 1 ekor ayam potong sesui selera
- 2 btg serai
- 2 lembar daun salam
- kecap manis secukupnya
Bahan sambal:
- 10 buah cabe hijau
- 10 buah cabe rawit
- 2 buah tomat
- 5 buah bwg merah
- 3 siung bwg putih
- gula + garam
Bumbu Halus:
- 1 ruas kunyit
- 4 buah bwg merah
- 3 siung bwg putih
- 1 sdt ketumbar
- 3 butir kemiri
- garam
Bahan Pelengkap:
- daun singkong rebus
- timun
- tomat
- kemangi
- kobis
Cara Membuatnya:
1.) Tumis bumbu halus hingga harum, masukan serai & daun salam. Aduk rata. Masukan ayam aduk rata. Matikan api. Biarkan selama 30 biar bumbu meresap.
2.) Bakar ayamb dgn bara api, sambil di olesi kecap manis. Bakar hingga matang.
3.) Cara Membuat Sambal :
Kukus semua bahan sambal kecuali garam & gula. Kukus selama 5 menit. Angkat & haluskan.
4.) Tumis sambal dgn minyak secukupnya, beri garam & gula secukupnya. Aduk hingga harum. Lalu angkat.
5.) Sajikan ayam bakar dgn sambal & bahan pelengkap.
