My wife Addie and I took our dogs Kyle (Australian Cattle Dog) and Ralph (White Shepard) to the forest today to hike in the snow. It was about 21F and rose to 26F bright and sunny day today.

It is a long trail that winds all through the county. We only did a small section of it today but in the past I have hiked just about all of the trail in this area.

What a great adventure hunt for the dogs exploring stuff on a hike. It is very beautiful country up there. Good idea to take along a sled for Ralf if he needs it. They got their noses full of great sniffs going on that hike.

Looked like fun. I sure miss doing stuff like that. Really have to get out and about more often.
ralph is getting old so trips are fewer and shorter when he comes along...
It's really pretty up there, I'm just not a cold climate person though.
i prefer summer for sure.
