in the towns of the interior of the country if it is very cold .. and when it snows until they stay incommunicado

lucky for me, I live in the lowlands where we don't get that much snow. that picture is taken from up in the mountain about 45min drive from where I live. wait until winter gets here and I'll for sure post lots of pictures with snow.
