Since the birds often throw down some of the seeds from the bird feeder, a little mouse also discovered this easy food source and started to eat and collect the seeds that fell to the ground. It was nice to watch and I think it was an expecially cute mouse. But I was a bit surprised that it collected the seeds during the bright day and not in the twillight or evening. But this way I could take several pictures of this little mouse there on the ground at the bird feeder.
As long as the mouse lives outside and not in the house it is good. But it has to be carefull since there are also a lot of kestrels around the house of my parents so it might become a prey to them. This christmas when I visit my parents I hope I will also have some luck with some birds and maybe a mouse at the bird feeder, but we'll see.
