Fear: an unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that someone or something is dangerous, likely to cause pain, or a threat.
What are we so afraid of?? And why??
Fear prevents us from being the best version of ourselves. Fear gets in the way of our happiness.
Who cares what people say.
Who cares how many likes you get.
Who cares what the answer is, the worst they can say is NO.
Fear, fear, fear...
Don't let fear take control of your life.
Don't let it stop you from living your best life.
Don't wait until you think fear will go away.
Because it won't.
If you want to do something, just do it!
I've learned this the hard way. Up until about 3 weeks ago I've let fear have so much control over me. I've been wanting to start a blog since I was 22. TWENTY TWO!!! And I'm now THIRTY! It took me eight years to get over this fear... And yes, I'm still afraid sometimes. Afraid of what people may say or think about me. But, by making this a part of my daily routine I'm slowly getting over that worry and weight.
Steemit has helped me flourish and explore through writing and being creative. I can't wait to see what else steemit brings to me.
So, if you want to do something. JUST DO IT! Do t wait eight years until you think you're ready.

I've started blogging (vlogging) at age 40+. I just reached the point where I started bubbling over and needed an outlet. Fear is a real and sometimes disabling... it is why there was such a long break between post 001 and 002 in my vlog.
It most definitely is disabling. It makes me second guess myself and my abilities... You're doing an awesome job @spbeckman (:
