Hello! ¡Buenas!
It's post-holidays here in the USA, and many of us have had enough sugar. However, Lola's Bistro had a beautifully photogenic chocolate-hazelnut pudding and the fireplace seats were open! This Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8L II USM has yet to disappoint!

An adjacent table needed clearing, but the sunlight streaming through the front entrance made for some beautiful lighting.

And, of course, no visit to New Ulm, MN, USA is complete without a stop at Herman the German.

I really like the shadows in the second shot with just enough Sun shining through and that first shot should be on some kind of advertising for that place, great shots!
Thanks! That cafe is one of my favorite places. The food and ambiance are both great.
Is the pudding as delicious as it looks? Such a cozy place in such cold times. Looks like a good place to read a book or write a paper for school.
The pudding was delicious! It's a great place to grade papers, too! A friend of mine wrote almost her entire masters thesis in that Cafe.
Good
