Beauties! Why is it that the more poisonous a frog is, the more amazing it looks? The blue one is really impressive, especially when you take into account that blue coloration in non-plants is created by texture and not pigment. That one's positively vibrant! Nice work!

The striking colors serve as warning - "I am poisonous and need no camouflage!" - so they protect the frogs (and their potential enemies as well, as they may abstain from attacking because of that warning).
