Tivoli, 16mm
Notice how you feel about this waterfall? You can feel like a living, breathing and moving ensemble. It's all around you.
Rome. 17mm
Photos with a large angle. A lot of things inside the viewfinder. It's easy and incredibly hard to take a wide angle picture!
Monument Valley. 15mm
What to include? What not? Here I chose to split the image in half: sky and bare earth.
Hoover Dam. 15mm
Here you can feel the height. Wide angle lenses distort reality, without exaggerating like a fisheye lens.
Rome. 17mm
Did you focus on the bright Cupola di San Pietro? Then I did good! It's easy to get lost in wide angle pictures, so the photographer must make sure your eyes go where he wants. In this case, I got you on the Cupola by making it a little brighter.
In the next post I will explain how to use Wideangle lenses...in portraits!
