I like the discarded book and the mushroom in the grass. The book because it reminds me of how society has turned away from that form of information prefering digital...I prefer books though and always feel sad when I see them discarded. The mushroom/grass one just because I like the texture in the grass and the rich green colour. Good photos, but you know that already.

Oh yeah I love those both quite a bit.
Me too, I can’t do the digital at all and it hurts my heart to see books discarded. I have quite the collection from just gathering them from local libraries etc when they were getting rid of them.
Someone told me a few weeks back that libraries were insignificant as printed books were a waste now, my heart broke a little. So I do think the shot is a pretty good visualization of that as well for sure.
Thank you, I appreciate it ❤️
Remember that 1953 book Farenheit 451 by Ray Bradbury? Well, you probably don't, but it's about burning books. I can't help but think this digital age is tantamount to the same thing. Apps like Blinkest cutting down content to make it more easy to digest...I don't know, maybe I'm just old fashioned.
Anyway, nice photos and thanks for your reply @justineh I get psyched when people engage with me. Sort of makes all this effort feel validated.
