My eldest brother (not on steem) and his wife part own a company that offers gainful employment to underprivileged Kenyan's, many of which would have terribly difficult lives. It must feel very rewarding for you to help in your way also.

That is excellent! I support a Christian school in Kissi Kenya. I am paying for kids Orphaned by AIDs that Kenya abandons.
I want to build a better building for this school, with an eventual dormotory for the orphans. The Man running the school doesn't know about the dorm yet, LOL! The building I put in is a sheet metal space now, but I want a rammed earth block wall to replace the tin. These kids are beautiful, and their laughter (in such dire straits) is infectious!
I hope to begin on the new walls, in the next three months!

So many people do magnanimous things, like you here, and yet there's always more to do, and more people who cold be doing it. Seems like you're on the right track to make a real difference to the kids.
I Love to hear their laughter! I have no choice but to help, they are too precious.
There are 160 kids there now, so GOD is moving in Kenya, my help is tiny...but I am happy to give it! They have the only computer lab in an elementary school in Kenya.
NOW for the building, LOL!

Great effort, and a deserving group of people I'm sure.
They are so very poor, and so loved of GOD! What greater treasure is there, than saving Children?
I am still trying to figure out how to make a water well there, but there is a lot I need to study first.
Be Blessed!

Have you visited over there? I bet it would be cool to see it first hand! My sister in law goes several times a year.
I would LOVE to go, maybe they can stop by Kissi sometime.
My Wife is in a wheelchair from MS, so my travel is limited by her needs. She is the air I breathe, so the work is easy, and no burden!
She has been my one and only since I met her, when she was 13....
