I‘ve been dealing with lots of change in my personal life lately so I thought it was about time to share my perspective on this highly intense topic with you guys..😯
Change is never comfortable in the first place. It’s scary, it leaves you feeling insecure. Free fall, no feet on the ground. Nothing to hold on to, everything is moving so quickly. But in order to take a leap in your life, you need to sacrifice old patterns, habits and beliefs of yourself and what your life is supposed to look like..
You need to be willing to give them up in order to be open to the change you wish to see. You can’t do the same old thing over and over again, day in and day out, and expect anything around you to change. If you are constantly practicing negative self-talk,, you can‘t expect your thoughts and your life to be positive and happy.. And you won‘t attract people on the frequency you want to be vibrating on. Good, genuine and kind-hearted people who love the heck out of who you are at your core ✨
We don’t have to make major changes over night.. But a shift never happened with someone doing their old shit all over and over again. That’s madness.. What is the one thing you have been holding on to for a lil bit to long that it‘s time for to release now? For me, it‘s definitely been my approach to do all tasks with a sense of perfection (which we all know doesn’t exist anyway) and letting go of the idea of what my relationships with others have to look like.. If you expect anything from others, you might get hurt if they don’t act the way you thought they would. So detach. And let‘s things flow & grow organically 🌻🌻
Are you afraid of change? Why (not)??
Can’t wait to dive into your minds..
How are you feeling today? Really tune into your body and listen to what your intuition tells you. Your body‘s signals never lie. For me, it‘s a stretching and journaling kind of night. Yay for me-time and unplugging 🙃.
What's your fave self-care / tune into your mind+body practice?? 🤗
So hot dear
