Very gothic! Where did you get those?
I think I'd happily eat them, assuming the colour doesn't reflect on the taste. One of my favourite plates of spaghetti was black due it containing squid ink. Which it tasted of (but was hardly terrible).
Either way, ice cream is fattening and laden with sugar so I think moderation's the key, ultimately... ;)
Looks so wrong but I would give it a go.
