A bouquet of color found near the beach

Walking into town near Rockaway Beach, OR we happened upon a lovely array of colored flowers. Does anyone know what these are called?

According to Quora they might be Impatiens.

I love the bright colors of annuals, so I have always planted impatiens by the front door and/or in window boxes. They come in many different colors, from white to pink to orange to deep, deep red, and they are very easy to maintain--just water and don't let the soil get dry (a little dry is ok, but if too dry the flowers wilt).
