The garden of François, a garden to be discovered in Saint-Sauveur. It is a 7 acres (2,8 ha) English-style garden, located in the Laurentians on the Rivière-à-Simon, on rugged terrain in natural surroundings, offering here and there openings on the mountain, the emergence of underground springs, the calm river or cascades.

The garden 

The garden includes a rose garden with over 1,000 rose bushes, plus 6,000 perennials offering daylily, lily, peony, lily, lilac, azalea, hydrangea, hostas varieties that bloom throughout the summer season. There are also some native varieties such as the bloodthirsty, the virgin's hoof and the little preacher. In addition to fruit trees, there is also the Laurentian forest with its deciduous and coniferous trees of which two centuries-old pines.

The visits


François opens his garden to the public, particularly to groups and organizations, to enable them to do background surveys. Through donations of $ 25, he supports organizations such as the Alzheimer Society of the Laurentians and the André-Boudreau Foundation.
