Interesting. Just curious, why the move?
I know what it is to miss Mexican food. Our 4 years in Chile, it was very hard to find ingredients for the Mexican flavors. Now of course, being back in the states, it's easily found most everywhere

No problem. I got a job over here seven years ago and have been here ever since. No Mexican food in Jerusalem. There are Mexican restaurants in Tel-Aviv but as we both know restaurant Mexican food is not at all like Mexican food prepared at home.
