My Photography Gear

in #photography4 years ago

So far i have been using my phone to take pictures. An ordinary Samsung witha 13MP camera and it has been a fantastic ride to explore many different ways of capturing energy.
The instant editing has been really handy and i don't need to move my files to a laptop to use photoshop.
Until now i have been satisfy to stick with the phone but i really felt that i should push forward my work to the next level.

That's why i recently purchased a new camera. Nothing crazy but coming from a phone it s already a big improvment.

I got a good price for a canon eos 700d, it was sold with 2 lens and i managed to find a nice tripod stand for it. Since i use this camera everyday and i finnaly can record my pictures in raw format.
It makes such a difference that now i am facing new challenges with the sensitivity of my new camera.

I am still learning, but the amount of potential new ideas and restrictions has been opening.

i will still post new things in jpeg quality for social media but the lack of exposure and financial support is going to move towards real life work, and use my energy where i will put more effort into showing my work on walls instead of screens.

The effort to put in social media is not worth it from my experience. As a blogger maybe it works but not as a visual artist.

Luckily @dapplr is here to help saving me time posting on hive.
