Everybody always says Crostini -- because it's impossible to eat just one! ; )
From the thumbnail, I thought this was going to be the usual tomato-basil crostini. But this, with the strawberries, is so much better for the holidays! With the roasting, I bet this would work well with frozen strawberries, too, since the roasted strawberries are soft anyway. And the winter-time is the perfect time for Brie. I like it with dried pears, too. Happy holidays -- and could you ever eat just one Crustino? ; )

Thanks for that encouragement, @gringalicious! I'll definitely let you know when I'm eating dried pears and brie! You would be able to make it all look so pretty.
