14th August 2017 - Cat in Sunshine - Fujifilm X70
He chased the sun, down out of the high rise office building, past the schoolkids traipsing around the city as the teachers tried in vain to make the outing educational and towards the river. There he knew there would be Sun, just a patch of it, sneaking through the gap left by another building being reborn. He needed this sun, like a plant need it to survive, like a cat needs it to be content.
Nice composition you have here. Lights and shadows are always great subjects in photography. Why don't you try a bw version of this one? And do something about the silhouette in the left. There's a story over there as well but it's fading into the background.

I did look at a monochrome version, but I think it works better with warmth of the yellow/orange sunlight. The person of the left I have to agree with though, Should have noticed them when I took the shot, and could have photoshopped it out, but photoshopping in not in the spirit of the project.
I understand. I salute the initiative to use less photoshop and be more in the moment, when you have the camera in your hand. Cheers!
