Struggle or SangramPunji Fountain or Maya Fountain:
Recently some new sights to visit in Sylhet have been revealed. One is the Sangramranpunji or Sengrapunji fountain or the Mayabi fountain and the other is the fisherman. Located just 8-20 minutes walking distance from Zaflong Zero Point, the fountain falls on the Indian border. However, Bangladeshis can rise to the top of this waterfall if they want to watch the BSF. Fewer springs are rarely seen. From a short distance, the roar of the Meghalaya mountains will be heard from far away. Going forward, you will see the wonderful combination of trees, stones and water. Dairy white water currents are coming down several streams in the hills. Sometimes the water comes down through the bushes, sometimes through the bare bushes. The springs of water came and formed like small ponds, on which there were large rocks on each side. If you want to be immersed in cool water or you can climb adventure. From the third stage of the fountain, some water falls down, and some goes down the left tunnel. The vision goes up to some part of the tunnel, the rest is dark. No one has been identified in the tunnel route. It is not possible to go that route as no place is available. I would like courage, caution and of course good grip shoes to climb the rock and water. During the rainy season, all the beauty lovers rush to Sylhet. So the taste of solitude may not be the same. However, the crowd is still relatively low due to lack of contact with Madhabkund or Bedakandi. On the way back you can visit Hazrat Shah Paran's (R) shrine in the evening.
When to go:
There is more water during the rainy season. So the rainy season is the perfect time to go.
