I can't remember the last time I went to church for Christmas...and I'm glad , to be honest. I love the decorations and the mood, particularly since my little brother seems to be getting into the whole Christmas cheer and that makes me happy. But for many, it's just a ritual of exchanging useless crap. I'm not saying I haven't bought some presents, but a lot less than before. Being on Steemit has changed my perspective by quite a bit and I'm very pleased with that.
Wandering around with the camera is a great way to spend some time I think.
