im usually not much of a cake person but your stunning photos make this look like a recipe i have to try sometime! also i absolutely love the small details you add (im a designer, so how things look always come to me first;p) like the ring of malted balls and the white flowers in the background. also i LOVE that fork!! haha too cool! would be a super fun project to make them even :D
ps i came over this way after reading @coruscate 's post about the avocado mousse and happy i did:) read through the post and peeked at your linked introduce-myself post and loved it! im an american who also lived in chile a few years back - working in santiago teaching an architecture workshop at Universidad Adolfo Ibanez. i never made a trip down to Patagonia (i know i know - i need to come back!) but I do have friends I made from Ushuaia - although thats technically argentina for sure i would cross over - and maybeeeeee take that boat to Antartica someday :) love that you live in chile and love your work! will be following along. love love love <3
well, I lived in Chile, my family moved back to the states last August. We lived there for 4 years. I am so glad you found me through @coruscate.
SO glad you liked this post and I am glad you appreciated the details
amazing! yea chile has a special place in my heart - always will! i even named my motorbike Andes :) i definitely need to get down that way again at some point to explore patagonia, and Chiloe and some many other fascinating places. will be following along your recipes! would love to see any travel photos (especially of chile :D) because your photography is outstanding. do you have any past posts featuring Chile or South American adventures? I was thinking about posting some retroactively because SA is just too darn beautiful not to document and log on the blockchain ;)
