There's everything we do not need very often. When we moved in, we put everything neatly on the shelves, but over the years the things down there have become more and more, and the room has somehow become too small ... I think, we should go down and clean up once again 😉

You should have a yard sale and maybe you could buy some photography equipment with the proceeds.

Oh, there are certainly a lot of things which would bring some money, but I have noticed, that if I throw something away or sell it, I often need it afterwards.

I agree, that happens to me. I can have something laying there collecting dust for ten years and never need it but as soon as I get rid of it I need it! You could sell some stuff and buy cheap steem with it right now.

From time to time we go through the things and sell, but the more we sell the more we add down there ;)
