#### **Good Morning friend steemians everything? hopefully in good health all. Today is March 30, 2018 I want to share a post about coffee and its benefits.**

Consuming caffeine for athletes can increase body resistance. Likewise, if you want to make your body strong and able to work optimally then caffeine consumption. This is useful, especially for those of you who work in factories that need physical and prime performance.

In the world of medicine, caffeine substances are generally used to provide stimulation of the heart organ and stimulate urine production in order to increase. The use of caffeine substances in low doses can provide an effect of increased stamina and help reduce pain.

The way caffeine works in the body is to provide barriers to adenosine in the body. Adenosymes are compounds that exist in brain cells to cause a person to fall asleep or drowsy.

Caffeine substances work by not slowing the movement of cells in the body, but caffeine works to counteract the function of adenosine to give effect in the form :

- Sleepiness decreased
- There arises a fresh feeling in the body
- Eyes can be wider open

- blood pressure somewhat increased
- Increased heart rate

The liver will release the sugar into the bloodstream with more, it is inlah that gives extra energy for the body. With the effects of caffeine substances, this is what makes all kinds of beverage products stamina power plant contain caffeine in it.
