Its amazing the attention to detail some of the churches of the past show. I remember looking at Notre Dame and just staring in awe at how much complexity there was to the building. The Sagrada Familia is no different, stunningly beautiful. Modern buildings really lack this sort of effort for detail

Yes the Notre Dame is another fantastic example of intricate architecture. I totally agree that modern buildings are lacking in this area.
