I love your way of handling the problem of too much cooked sweet potato (first world problems, amirite?) Also, I love how you made this a single serving - so that you can avoid the other first world problem of rolling on the floor because of a full belly of cooked sweet potato and chocolate!

It's funny you mentioned first world problems. I woke up with that today actually. We've been back in the states now for nearly 5 months. We came from Chile on vacation and after we got here, we decided to stay. As everybody does, since we were coming on vacation, we brought empty suitcases so that we could take a bunch of stuff back to Chile. Well, as I already said, we decided to stay so all we had was our summer vacation clothes. I said all that to say that we've spent the last 5 months re-buying everything. For me, it's be a ton of fun actually. But, I sense this feeling with myself and other members of my family, 'the dust of moving' has settled and now there is this overwhelming feeling of "Oh, so now we're here, great, what do we do now?" I'm rambling on and probably not articulating myself well at all. Thanks for humoring me for a moment.
A big thanks for your continued support, I always appreciate your comments
