I have only skied the mountains once in Utah but I lived here for 20 years now or so. The mountains are so steep. Skiing is for those who really know how to ski. Park City which is above, east of SLC about 35 miles on Interstate 80 is the site of many Olympic events. Enjoy, pot is illegal in Utah and they are serious about it.
