This dish looks delicious, tempting and healthy. undoubtedly ideal for the night and go to sleep with the lighter stomach. Here in Argentina we are very carnivorous, it is common to eat meat and that is very heavy for the night, this is ideal.
I am testing at night with a preparation with fresh fruits, yogurt and oat bran, flax seeds, cinnamon and chia seeds, for now I am doing very well.
