We went camping in Death Valley National Park a couple years ago and man, does it get HOT. It got up to at least 109 degrees and we couldn't sleep until pretty late at night when the temperatures dipped all the way into the mid-80s. We went in the fall and I can't imagine what summer must be like. It's definitely worth it to get up early and see some of the sites before it gets too hot. This is a famous place in the park called Zabriskie Point.
Incredible shot. I like it.
Thanks!

I like the landscape there! Now you remembered me to watch the movie Zabriskie Point again. Great movie!
I've heard of that movie. Never seen it though.
National parks can be so beautiful, I wonder.
They sure are!
Beautiful tones in this. As an Australian I know that kind of heat; although I am suffering from never ending winter in Canada at the moment ;-)
Yikes! Winter in April doesn't sound very fun. Fortunately for me I'm in Tunisia at the moment and weather is much more agreeable. 🌞☀️
How long are you there for?
We'll be here for 3 weeks.
