Long Exposures at the Lake / Langzeitbelichtungen am See

I had to try my filter system once again.

Ich musste wieder einmal mein Filtersystem ausprobieren.

Last week when I made my walk in the forest on the Soboth Reservoir, I noticed these poles or decayed tree trunks in the water.

Als ich letzte Woche meinen Waldspaziergang am Soboth Stausee gemacht habe, sind mir diese Pfähle beziehungsweise vermoderten Baumstämme im Wasser aufgefallen.

Because it has been quite windy, I thought long exposures with my filter system would be the best option.

Nachdem es relativ windig gewesen ist, haben sich Langzeitbelichtungen mit dem Filtersystem angeboten.

I am sitting at home and glad I am its below freezing out and black ice a nice day to be indoors :)

I am also sitting at home already and that's good so, because otherwise I might have said some words to some people, which I never use, but sometimes I just cannot look awayand say nothing.

It's not so cold here, but all is gray, what does not help my !DERANGED mood, which is gray anyway. So, I'll make a short post for tonight and maybe I'll drive a bit around after that, or I stay in the warmth at home like you do, and make a lazy afternoon ;)

I to struggle to hold myself back from saying things I shouldnt at times, far to often I dont bother and I can be quite sharp at times LOL

about mid morning I thought about going for a walk, I opened the garage door and stepped into a strong wind that cut right through everything and decided my Wife would be sure I was !DERANGED if I went for a walk in that so went back indoors

Usually I don't say much or anything anyway, but sometimes I have to, and sometimes I have to leave the place before I say too much, which has happened many times years ago, but mostly when I had too much to drink ;) People thought, I was only !DERANGED because of the !BEER but I know the truth 😉 lol

It has been raining all night long and it is still raining now at midday. I wanted to visit a gorge with somewaterfalls today, but the rain decided for me not to go ;)
So, I just drove around the lake, but there was not much to photograph - all gray in gray.

Since my reply comes quite late after 14 hours it is the next morning for you and hopefully you have better weather today 🙂

I am kind of fortunate to have a reputation for saying what I think in a witty way that often goes over peoples heads or makes others laugh so they can't respond, I have been known to say to people and did just this last week, I don't want to get into a battle of wits with you I never like battling people who are unarmed ;)
The sun is coming out here but the temp is -5C and my wife reminded me yesterday I promised her to be sensible and not go out for photowalks when the temp is below freezing point ( well I actually promised not to go out if it was below 3C) so I was sensible and stayed in this morning so frustrating I need to get out for a walk and new photos :) Before I am driven to !BEER or turn !DERANGED

I have no idea, but they are quite rotted, so they might have been there for quite a while.
