Part 3: Grossglockner / Großglockner

in #photography6 years ago

Today in the third part of my Großglockner series, it's about the summit of the Grossglockner itself.

Heute im 3. Teil meiner Großglockner Reihe, geht es um den Gipfel des Großglockners selbst.

GROSSGLOCKNER

The Grossglockner, also called Glockner for short, is the highest mountain in Austria with a height of 3,798 m / 12,460 ft.

Der Großglockner, auch kurz Glockner genannt, ist mit einer Höhe von 3.798 m / 12,460 ft der höchste Berg Österreichs.

Love the almost near pyramids they form. Great shot:)

Thank you so much, Pryde.
Yes, this mountain looks like a pyramid - somehow strange, but beautiful 😁

Greetings to you, my Dear friend @Johannpiber! When I look at this mountain, on its correct geometry, it seems that this mountain is of artificial origin, it is very similar to the Egyptian pyramids. Her elephants, her peak, as I could do the wind and rain, I do not know. Great pictures! Goodnight, my friend!

Good evening, my friend :)
you are right, this mountain in front of the Grossglockner has a shape like a Pyramid, and I also do not know, why this is.
Thank you very much, and have a good night, my friend @barski.

Howdy sir johannpiber! wonderful photos there, those mountains are magnificent!

Good morning @janton 😊

you have an impressive and beautiful view up there. There you can see how small and unimportant human beings are in reality ;)

Howdy sir johannpiber! Extremely impressive indeed! We are very small but I don't think we're unimportant. You are going to be the King of Steemit remember? lol.

Good evening @janton 😊
I must admit, the King of Steemit is not unimportant - maybe I could buy me my own mountain and built a house on the peak - that would be great, because anyone can buy an island, but have you heard of someone who has bought a mountain 😉

lol! howdy sir johannpiber! I haven't heard of anyone buying a mountain, no sir. I didn't think you could do that in Austria but if you have enough money you might be able to. lol.

It should be possible - I'll try it, because who would say "no" to a King? lol
Good morning @janton 😊

lol! that's very true sir johannpiber, they should be honored to sell you one!

I am loving this series such beautiful and rugged mountains reminding us how small we are in the big agenda of the earth

... and still we think, we are the most important, that is there ...
Good morning, JJ, and thank you :)

Sadly so many have not come to that realization as yet

That's sad, but true. Most people are everywhere the same: "me first, and then the rest..."

Good morning again, JJ,
I assume, the kids are still sleeping and grandpa has some time off for Steemit 😁
