Hello @janton :)
You are describing it very well: this place looks really amazing, and it IS Slovenia :)
The wet stones and rocks were slick and slippery, but the moss acted like a soft carpet and was not slippery at all :)

oh, I will remember that about the moss if I ever have to cross over a river or falls area with moss covered rocks!
It worked there, but please don't blame me, when you do fall into the river, my friend. It works in Slovenia, and I haven't even tried it with the Austrian moss yet :) lol
haha! oh, maybe moss is different in different countries then and you need to try it out in Austria!
I would love to try it in Austria, but I haven't yet found a similar place here: a stream in the woods with little waterfalls and boulders overgrown with moss.
oh that's interesting, I thought that would be a normal situation. But I'm sure you'll eventually run into one in Austria.
No, @janton, I have found similar, but not such a creek, green over green :)
The waterfall I have visited right after this little stream didn't have any mossy rocks or vegetation - only stones and rocks ;)
I don't know why some areas are covered with moss and others aren't. I guess I need to find the answer to that also!
