I would feel guilty too, if I were the boss of someone who is better than me... 😉
We have so many "little bosses" in our company, just because of their degrees, but they don*t feel guilty.

Most of them don’t feel guilty at all, But i am lucky this one does so its al good for me :)
Because most of them just don't know it better - your boss does, so he is a good one in my opinion ;)
Yes I am lucky with this new Boss and hopefully my last Boss, well of course other than my wife lOL
