lol! What is tough about her job is that it is 12 hours long and many days it's on her feet the entire time. Since she doesn't smoke. The people who smoke only work one third as much because they allow them to take smoking breaks every hour!
Wow, that would be a reason to begin to smoke again ;)
It is nice for the smokers, but not fair, because ll should be allowed to take a break. Does nobody get upset?

No, it's a very strange place. Everyone who runs the place smokes too so no one complains. lol. But the non-smokers are working so much harder than everyone else, it's just amazing. So I guess that's just the way it is.
It is unfair, but I think, if the bosses are smoking too, you cannot do much.

That is the reason I started smoking when I was in my 20's, I was working at a factory and everyone who smoked got to go out and have an extra break every hour and the rest of us had to keep working so I said " I smoke!" and started smoking because of that.
I started smoking when I was 30 and I did it just for fun - to show everybody that I can quit whenever I want to ... I couldn't for many years.
Then my wife and I quit for one year and started smoking again for a few years until she was pregnant with our children. Then we both quit for another 6 years and started smoking again.
Last year, after another 10 years of smoking I have quit for the third time, but this time I will try to never smoke again!

You started smoking to show people that you could quit? lol. That is so dumb! lol. Thanks for the honesty though, we've all done much dumber things. You thought you had enough will power but nicotine addiction is one of the strongest they say.
But I'm sure your smoking days are over for good!
