That would be quite a journey from Serbia to Slovenia, but you could go on vacation by the sea and plan a day trip through Slovenia 🙂

In five days you can see a lot of the country and make some nice hikes.
Think about the hike along the Soca River - it takes about a day, but it's a beautiful hike at a very beautiful river ... and Bled, don't forget Bled 🙂
