I did some layer merging for the sky and some color adjustments with a bit of contrast. You can see in the background all the houses lined up over looking the lake. If I owned a house on the lake front I would spend most of my time outside even if I was on my computer.
On the other side of the lake is another line of houses that have bigger lots and some of them more sqf, to be honest Id take one on either side but during the summer the right side has a small store at the marina and more park like.
