A 20 minute drive took us down to Playas de Tijuana for a refreshing time along the boardwalk, where the US/Mexico Border fence meets the sea.
The border boasts dozens of cafes with an asortment of cuisine to choose from, from coffee and cake, beers and hookah, make-your-own pizzas to some of the best seafood tacos in Tijuana.
You can always find live music playing along the boardwalk, vendors selling churros, corn or candy, plus many locals and tourists.
Here you can see the Border fence that goes into the ocean, dividing Mexico and USA.
Local Mariachis
It wasn't long before the sun began setting, showing a brilliant pallette of colours.
Sunset in Tijuana begins around 5:30pm during Winter.
A local Pharmacist taking a break from the store to capture the gorgeous sunset sky.
Truly beautiful, isn't it?
