Manicomio on the Duke of York Square just behind famous department store Peter Jones does the best ever lobster linguine - the sauce is reduced and reduced and reduced. I always have it when it is on the specials. It is also a nice al fresco dining spot and unlike most in London you can pre-reserve and outdoor table. If it is a little cold they will even put on heater lamps and give you a blanket!
