Hello there stemians!!! I've been having a hard time thinking what to blog. So I decided to go somewhere down the North and visited some awesome place in Ilocos Sur.
It was not my first time in Vigan, Ilocos Sur but my first time visiting the glamorous street of Pagburnayan, Vigan, Ilocos Sur, Philippines.. A destination which is iconic pottery place in the city. I captured images of on the most incredible making of pot. Its name, Pagburnayan, comes from the root word burnay. It refers to the hand-crafted earthenware pots made from Vigan. With my curiosity, I sit and tried to touch the clay to know how it feels like to become a pot maker.
It's literally getting your hands dirty while spinning around and it takes a gifted hand to create a beautiful jar.
This is a place I had always wanted to visit, so happy to say I was more than a little excited about this trip!
At the same time I thought, I know, I did have some questions in my mind. Would it be expensive travelling? Would we even be able to afford a place to stay there and somewhere we would feel relax and comfortable? But my mind said, Money can't buy Happiness... 😂

We arranged to stay at The Green R hotel, and as soon as we arrived we felt so warmly welcomed, the hotel had such a safe, friendly and inviting atmosphere.
The location is nice too, it is near the market, and a meters away in the Crisologo street. We didn't miss to see the beauty of Vigan.
We went to Crisologo street when we stepped out in our hotel. It was wonderful. We just walked round the place, we enjoyed the peace it gives. You can see well preserved Spanish era houses and cobblestoned streets with Calesa ride to hop in.
All the shops are open at night. The feeling was like travelling back in time...
The Shrine of God the Father. We saw this along the street of Crisologo.
After exploring the streets of Crisologo being passed by calesa rides, seeing antique houses, and walking by the Vigan Church is so worthy.
Going inside the church made my soul refreshing. I solemnly prayed and thank God for giving me strength and providing me our daily needs. Everyday is a Gift.
In front of Vigan Church is the venue of deep blue dancing fountain. The show is open Monday to friday @7:30 pm and on Saturday and Sunday @8:00pm.
It's a 30 minute show that you'll definitely enjoy to watch while listening to the music.
While the lights synched to music, I just can't stop to WOW the show.
The perfect place to people who love to travel.
This ends my tour for today. I hope you guys like my not so nice blog, but definitely a memorable place for me. I still have lots to show you. I will be continuing on the next coming days. Thank you so much.

Love the sights and sounds of Vigan @kiellexy probably 5 years ago when I set my foot wandering and scouring great finds there! Even the little nook has a story to offer. Keep steeming! :)
