Project Unseen; photos they thought they'd never see II, featuring Pelumi.

If you didn't see part one based on my post title, please check it out here.

As promised, I'm back with another post, based on my current photography project "Unseen". If you read my previous post, you'll understand what the project is all about. But if it's a chore to return to my previous post, here's a summary; I'm currently on a project which features photos from different sessions with my friends at various times. Some I have done in the last year, some this year, and some from two years ago. What inspired the project title and the subtitle is that my friends thought they'd never see the photos again as it has taken so long to edit them. I've gotten relatively free time this month, and I'm using that time to edit some of those photos.

To kick off the project, I edited photos of my friend Debbie. I created some photos of Debbie in March this year, but I didn't get a chance to edit them until recently. The photos turned out great and you should definitely check them out. For a follow-up, I edited photos of my friend Pelumi.

Pelumi recently came by my studio for a beauty campaign shoot my colleague was hired for. I saw the opportunity to take some photos of her because there was no way all that makeup was going to go to waste without any other activity. Plus She just has a vibe that always wants to make me photograph her anywhere I see her.

After the campaign shoot, I set up for my own shoot. Since it was not a planned shoot, I opted for a very simple set. A plain beige background and one light setup. For a set as simple as that, the results were fire.

Pelumi is quite lucky because it didn't take long for me to edit the recent photos I took of her. I had promised her that the photos would be released by 2025 😁, but I was just joking. Photos that good couldn't stay in for so long.

Pelumi couldn't believe her eyes when I sent her the photos barely two days after the shoot. She loved the photos as much as I did too. I'm glad I can put smiles on the faces of my friend. I don't know whose photos I'll be editing next. Probably Brihanna, you'll find out in my next post. Until then, let me know in the comments section what you think of these photos of Pelumi.
