So after you decide to exclude all bad things from your mind what you get? Someone will say it's impossible, there must be balance, like ying-yang, so where are good things there must be bad things. Well, I don't agree with that. You don't actually exclude bad things, you turn them into something good, like this post. You tun that what's holding you down to something you use for good stuff. Doing that way I got just positive things all day long. What you can do when it's all going down? Anything you can imagine. Your imagination is the only limit that exists that will bound you. You can go jogging, write something, train harder then ever, draw something....
