Thank you @steemmeupscotty, yes freediving is totally spiritual and zen, especially when you encounter creatures like this! I think Freediving will fit you perfectly, you are bound to find many beauty in the ocean especially in the darkness! I cannot recommend highly enough to give it a try:)

You're welcome! I'll have to practice holding my breath in my bathtub first ;) Thanks for looking at my profile. I like the way you extracted info about me and applied it to free diving🙌🐙🐋.
Most of the time it's not so much physical practice, but more of meditation and training to unleash the full potential of your mind, diving deep into yourself and conquering all kinds of fear. Freediving is all in the head, you'd be surprised how long you can actually hold your breath for once you learn some basics :)
I can only imagine :) At times in yoga, before a nasty knee injury, I'd touch points of absolute stillness in motion, and feel 'tapped in' and so so efficient. My knee is better now for the most part, but my practice has ground down so much :( Time to get back on the mat I think :)
Sorry to hear about your knee injury, but I hope you dont let any of that stop you. actually thats another reason why you should consider freediving since it's good for joints! I wish you all the best regardless, supporting you from afar :)
