Colca canyon (3 days hiking and sleeping in the canyon ! Great views), then go to Cuzco and Machu Pichu!
Isla del Sol of course and a bit of Salt Desert and Amazonia.
Food is good but I wouldn't say amazing in Bolivia, better in Peru
