What an amazing job. That rhubarb pie looks delicious. But I must admit that I wasn't inspired to make my own when I saw that the prep amd cook time is 7 hours! The next time I eat rhubarb pie I will value the experience even more, knowing the kind if labor that goes into it.

Oh, well I should clarify that it's only a 7 hour time because of the time it takes to chill the filling. The hands-on time is really not too long. Thanks @lifeisartsandy!

Ah I see. I'm still kind of impatient when it comes to food.
